Retaining Wall & Walkway Restoration — Before / During / After Project

Overview This retaining wall and walkway had heavy green moss and organic growth. The customer wanted the hardscape restored without damage, streaking, or discoloration.

What We Did • Applied a safe, controlled soft‑wash solution • Broke down the green moss, which turned yellow, then white as the solution reacted • Used a surface cleaner for even walkway cleaning • Detailed wand work on vertical wall sections • Rinsed thoroughly for a clean, uniform finish

Challenges • Thick green moss bonded tightly to the wall • Uneven walkway sections required controlled pressure • Needed to avoid striping and swirl marks

During the Job • Surface cleaner walk‑through (video) • Close‑up wand blasting the white, neutralized moss (video) • Mid‑process photos showing the moss color change • Controlled cleaning to protect the hardscape
